HI i've got an 07 197 TT and my heater only blows luke warm air @ high rpm. Soon as it idels down cold. I pulled the hoses off and there pumping hot water. Took out the heater core and it checks out good. Valves are all open. Only thing I can think of is engine temp is 160 not hot enough ? Or not pumping enough water through it. Any ideas Thanks Brandon

There is a "Y" that can be installed and is available through most MC dealers that should increase your hot air flow.
Also, you could pull both ends of the hose off the motor and blow them out with air to ensure that there is no blockage in the lines anywhere.

You need a Y-adapter to change the circulation. Very effective. This is a common problem.
A search here on Team Talk will be further illuminating.

Where do we get the plug to insert in the block water pump - where the heater return line used to be - after installing the Y? I'm about to order and install a Y.
Do you have both Erk?
