We hope you are doing well, take care and don't rush it.

I've heard a year or so after rotator cuff surgery to be doing everything you used to.

I had a front bankhart, another shoulder surgury, and it was probably a little worse then a rotator cuff. I had some screws and wires put in there and was back skiing in about 6 months.

oooch ,hope your feeling better.I had that done in early April 2006(5th) and was skiing by the 28th of June.Lots of hard work and PT and a great dr.However it was about 18 months before I could tell you that it felt normal.I was very hard on it and the dr. said it would be about a year ,he was off by about 6 months.Keep doing the exercises even after the pt ends,Good luck and wish you the best

Havnt had the surgery yet. Mine arent torn they are just strained badly, but they hurt like a biatch sometimes. Strained both the left and right while wakeboarding. Let me know how it goes. I am still trying to decide whether to have it done or not.

I had a minor tear. Didn't have to get cut. It still hurt like heck! Go to PT and don't try to do too much too soon! Good luck and keep us posted!

Hmm. I was going to start a thread on what I need to do to start barefooting, but maybe I'll stick to skiing. I almost don't want to know what a 'deep back' is.
