Will be taking delivery of an 08 X1 in December. Given the season, I was curious if the boats are winterized when they leave the factory?

I think I remember our 03 X2 having antifreeze in the ballast system when it was delivered in March of 03, but boat was water tested at the dealer so don't know if the engine was winterized or not.

Mine was delivered with a "Winterized" sticker on it. Way back in 98...

It will come to the dealer winterized but he should do a water test before delivery to you making it summerized again.

Mine was from the factory on 11-28-88 and the decals are still on the hull after nearly 19 years!

unbelievable!

They are covered with clear decal material so they won't wear!

I even have the original shrink wrap in a box, put away!

Wow, I thought I was being all cool, but carefully peeling the stickers off and sticking them nicely on a peice of P-lam in my MasterCraft "notebook/owners manual" I should just stop trying.

Please don't stop, save every piece of paper, communication, invoice, packing slip, everything you can for that boat and someday it will be worth something, maybe, if for nothing but the next owner to treasure.
