Nice bile Mark!

How does it ride?
I am guessing by the color of the leaves, that picture is at least a week old.

biking is great cardio. My best year in the figure 8 barefoot tourneys was the year I was biking regularly.:)

It’s the one I’ve been waiting on. The 08 Gary Fisher Hi-Fi Deluxe 29er. As bad as I wanted the full suspension, I wasn’t really eager to loose efficiency because of it but the pro-pedal selection on the rear shock eliminates a lot of the adverse action of having a rear shock.

I was planning to check out the new Paragon and the new Specialized hard tail 29ers but when I walked into a LBS about a month ago and he had this “mistake” (he ordered the wrong one for a customer), sitting on his floor, I knew how the rest of the morning was going to go.. He was motivated and the bike felt just right..

I plan on lightening it up a little with a few changes, starting with wheels and an XTR cassette. I need an extra set of wheels for road tires anyway..
Pendo, your costing me money, LOL..

You may want to also consider a nice woven basket for the front when wifey says go get some milk or after months in the garage unattended you can put your empties in it!:o

PS I have been riding much more as of late! Great trails in Liberty Indiana! My bike rocks!

Leroy,
From what I hear, night riding is cool as heII. I just put the boat away yesterday and still am lucky to get one day away a week.
Dam school teachers went on strike too, so I have all of the kids all of the time.. I may need that light

I love the Gary Fisher. I have the little older Sugar (what the Hi-Fi replaced) and really like it. I just set up a trainer in the basement two weeks ago and put a road tire on it and have been riding it every other day to get back into shape again.

The sugar is a cool bike. You do know we do encourage photos?
They look even better all full of mud. I keep washing the mud off before I think to take a good muddy shot.. Maybe Saturday..
