Why Gas Prices Have Been High in FL ?

Because they switched to winter blend?

If you don't get it, you probably live too far south. You see, in the midwest, and I suspect other areas too, our gas prices get kicked up a notch or two around the end of October because the oil companies have to switch over to "winter blend" and that of course costs a little more. Then in the spring, our gas prices get kicked up a notch or two because the oil companies have to switch to "summer blend" and that of course costs a little more. Then the following October...

You caught me! That's why we never use our boat anymore, I cut a hole in the bottom and I'm filling the bilge with stolen gas and have a tank in the back of the van. I have to, cause Lynn's Exploder is a gas hog!:D

This is classic. I'm suprised it took someone this long to figure out how to steal gasoline. Although, stealing 3000-gallons at a time probably tipped off the stations pretty easily.

It would be interesting to see how many gas stations had to install monitoring wells to search for the missing gasoline out of thier tanks. Or how many had to do pressure testing to see if they were leaking. All expensive tasks by the way.
