Does MC make an aluminum trailer? I know that they offer a galvinized version, but I would prefer aluminum. Has anyone ever heard of Phoenix trailers? I know they make aluminum trailers and was curious if anyone had any experience with one or could vouch for their quality. Thanks

How about stainless?? www.extremetrailers.com
My experience with Alum trailers is that they crack at the welds. There are several companies which make aluminum trailers which have no welding on any of the main parts - all bolted together. Some welding on brackets, fenders, accessory items.
There are companies out there who sell fully-welded aluminum and swear by it.
I'm obviously not answering your question, but I thought I would at least bring up the fact that some folks do not like welded aluminum for trailer construction. YMMV>

I've seen (and sold) phoenix trailers. For my part just the steel ones but they were well put together and solid. I'd put my boat on one, well a steel one, no reason for an aluminum trailer in MN.

MasterCraft does not build aluminum trailers, but in the past have someone who they buy from for their larger boats, like the X-80/280.
