Helping out a friend with a new toy

A good friend of mine just got an X-2. It is his first v-drive and he and I are going to winterize our boats on Sunday morning.

Can anyone point me to how to winterize the ballast system in his boat, or at least get me a link to where this has been discussed before. I apologize for ANOTHER winterization thread, but friends will be friends you know.

So we just got our boat in June but heres what I got from what happens. We dont winterize our own boat the marina does it but heres what i think happens.

Basically you have to pump antifreeze thru the ballast system, howerver i dont know if you leave it in or pump it back out. I would imagine though that you pump it back out but other people on here will have more info for you.
