View Full Version : Prop info needed

I have a 93 prostar 205 primarily used for wakeboarding I'm looking for a new prop. I have no idea which to get. I was told the prop I had was a 13x11 (brand unknown) which I did like, but I would like to find the most optimal prop for my needs. Any suggestions?

I have the Acme 541 on my 94 205 and love it.

what is the pitch on the 541? and do you mostly wakeboard?

The 541 is a 13x12. I barefoot and wakeboard however I do not weigh the boat with sacks or anything else for wakeboarding.

It is unfortunate that you are not DIRECTED towards your local MasterCraft dealer to give you the needed advise that you request.

Eric at OJ is very knowledgable indeed no dought there. You can purchase an OJ PROP from your local MC dealer also.

Depending on which motor you have I would suggest a 13 x 13 (4 blade)or a 13 x 14 (4 blade) if you have an LT-1

Being that you currently have a 13 x 11 that would probably mean that you have a 1:1 transmission

Hope this helps
