Here's another angle.....at this rate, you could come out ahead on the cost of the membership

Does the high bidder know about team mastercraft? He's going to pay more than an actual membership once you figure in shipping and that's with no stinking T-shirt!! :uglyhamme

What's the process for those of us who have already signed up using the old system? I signed up through the old web page about two weeks ago.

I went through the new sign up to the point where they wanted the payment info and stopped there. I must say it is a great improvement!!! Nice to know there are some companies out there that are still willing to listen to their customers!!!

I have heard that new boat owners get the first year free? Anybody know if there is any truth to this.

Wish i knew for sure,it would mean that i ...
I remember Neil saying something like your dealer should get it free for you the first year.Couples of guys with new boats here should be able to tell you for sure or ask your dealer.
Welcome to the board!

Yes, you do, but free is relative. AND while I may have membership, all I've gotten is a star magazine, so I don't know if the "free" membership is a full membership

Wish I would have known a couple weeks earlier that I had a choice. I got my kit today and got the exact same hitch cover and exact same t-shirt as last year. I also got two neoprene can holders and a mug, quite a lot this year, but again, everything is a duplicate.

I got my kit almost exactly a month after I mailed my check, so pretty good turn around time. This is my fifth year and I've never had a delay in receiving the kit.

I am sure that there will be alot of "WHY DIDNT THIS HAPPEN 2 WEEKS AGO?" Guys it has to start somewhere and now is the time. As far as a FREE Kit. The way that we have had it explained to us as dealers. When your first customer survey comes to the NEW boat owner and it is returned to MC. That is when TEAM MC kicks in. Normally your first CSI Survey is susposed to come out 4-6 weeks after your purchase. We make sure at BAWS that every item recieves the TOP SCORE possible if there are any concerns no matter how small they are. We want to take care of that problem. That is why BAWS CSI index is 100%.

Alot of positive feedback is coming back about the NEW program.

Good thing i waited a couples of years.I ordered my membership and some extras.
Total cost:89$ US
2 nice looking hats,2 tops for Nathalie,3 t shirts for me!
Extra t shirts,ladies top or hat,everything is 11 $ !!!
I think that was one of the main concern on the pro shop thread.More simple stuff and good prices.
Only problem,i think you can buy those low price items only when you join, not from the regular proshop.ICBW

André; Good deal! Now we know another TT swimsuit pix is coming!

Membership $35 your total $89, difference $54, three items free and think your saying $11 each for extra for $44 so 35 + 44 = 79. Ten for taxes?

Thanks, Have not started coverage on this boat, won't be on water for 6 weeks yet. Should have it back from fiberglass shop by Friday if the snow holds off and they don't salt the roads again.

Anyways spring is almost here!

Having a bit of trouble renewing at this site >>> http://www.jointmc.com/ <<<

You need to select three item before it will continue and I keep getting a pop up window telling me my selection is out of stock. Problem is, I've tried every item in every size and everything shows the out of stock pop up.

Anyone else getting this?

What is this?

I received my notice to renew my membership through e-mail last week. I am glad that I can get my e-mail on renewal (membership expires in July) but I never received my Winter copy of Star magazine. I went in to look at the new renewal process and decided that what the heck, everything is improving so I will give it a try. When I made my selection of the red hat and 2 baseball shirts I got a message "Item is out of Stock" and it went back to the screen where you input information and all of my info had been wiped out. I tried two or three more times selecting different items and kept getting the same message and my information wiped out. Is there a problem or are items out of stock? Couldn't there be some way to say items and specifically which ones are out of stock and not clear out all of you information?

I received a very nice e-mail from Kaite at Team MasterCraft about my renewal. They were having some technical difficulties but they have all been corrected. I went ahead and renewed (I was good until July) and everything went very smoothly. I was able to renew, pick up a hat and t-shirt for myself, a tank for my wife and a shirt for both of my children for $68. A really good deal compared to buying from the MC store. Now if we could just buy team items out of the Team Mastercraft area other than at renewal for the same price it would be even better.

Much better. My compliments to the Team MasterCraft folks for stepping up and making some changes. It's really nice to know they're listening to our inputs (I guess it does pay to complain sometimes). However, when I went to the MC website and tried to renew through the normal process, it didn't link to the same site as the link above.

You used to be able to buy Team MC stuff on-line; it was a part of the regular MC Store, but supposedly only available to TMC members. Has this changed?

O.K., TMC has done their part, now's it's time for some of you freeloaders to show them that you appreciate their efforts and sign up :uglyhamme . Especially if you're the top-poster on here (I haven't harassed you lately, thought you might feel left out).
