My "step tread" on the top lft portion of the trailer's fender well (Psgnr Side) recently blew off,
I think the size is 7 1/4 X 6 and the now frnt one 13 1/2 X 9
is start'n to peel as well.

Would like to replace them. Anyone know where to buy new ones?

I bought the non-skid black tape at home depot. It is made by 3M, so you know it will stick well. I have had mine on the trailer for 2 years without any problems.

Depending on the year model of your trailer you can get replacements from your dealer but I am not sure of the cost. I was looking for some to fit my 85 trailer but was unable to get them. I ended up getting something from Bass Pro Shops that should work. I put it on this weekend and although it doesn't look quite as good as the MC ones that are on the newer trailers it really looks like it is going to work very well. The item # is 38-555-406-00 and it cost $9.99 for two "6 X 12" self-adhesive sheets.

The dealer put all new pads (6) on my trailer last fall for $86 - including the ones with the MC logo cutout.

atlfootr, MYMC just responded to someone else about these today on their mymastercraft.com forum. http://mymastercraft.com/Forum/view_thread.cfm?postid=4250&forum=3&category=2

He is charging $19.20 per side. Sounds like a fair price if they match the originals.

They are pretty reasonable from MC. My trlr is a tandem, so it has 6 treads. Got the whole pkg including the long ones on the fender w/ "MasterCraft"cut out for less than if I bought bulk 3M tread tape and cut my own.

An option you might want to consider instead of the non-skid tread is diamond plate. I also had the MC non-skid tape, and one side peeled off, so I went to a metal fab shop, had them cut me some diamond plate and then drilled and riveted them on. They are less than 1/8" thick and both sides ran me about $20 bucks.

Kell,

That diamond plate looks fabulous! After seeing yours, I think I will do that to mine.

Thanks
