3 months?? My parents have had theirs on for just over 2 years, 1 crappy offer that was more of an insult than anything. We are in MI though where it is a LOT worse.

Does that 1/2 point effect boat loans as well?

if you get an equity loan to buy your boat

Pretty much every loan, but some loan categories are more competitive than others.

Does that 1/2 point effect boat loans as well?

just hope it doesn't flare inflation!

What swchopper said about inflation.

Especially since that has been the number one concern of cutting.
will be interesting to see what the minutes have to say about that.
I was nervous that 1/2 could send things to the fence, for the concern of it being worse than what they thought, but Wall Street sure didn't think that this afternoon.
Will be interesting to see what happens over the next 60 days.

True.. But why are all the subdivisions going up all over the place?
We've (South Portage/Kalamazoo area) got 3/100 plus units going up at once! Starting at 120k apiece.:(

We need something to help the housing market here. Sales are extremely slow and new construction is way down.

as soon as they cut rates, oil and gold reached all time highs and the dollar decreased in value. Hopefully this will help chill out the market but not create inflation

Buckle down folks! You might even buy a surfboard, the only way out of this is likely riding the wave.
