I need to check the wiring behind my guages and ignition switch. Whats the easiest way to get to them. I tried going in underneath but no luck.

I've never done this but you can remove the entire cluster by removing the screws under the black covers on the top of the instrument cluster and under the steering wheel. Let me know how hard it is if you go this route. I need to run separate ground wires from some of my guages and have not gotten to it yet. BTW, what unit are you flying for?

Thanks dsoby,
I flew F-4s for 10 years and F-16s for 11 years. I Retired just before 9/11.

If you do this, take lots of photos of the process as others may need to do this someday, too.....
