Anyone tried this stuff? I have a sandy waterfront, but once it gets to 6 ft deep, there is some organic build up. Thanks!

I've used Aquacide in the spring - it works well. I have about $250 worth of Aquathol K that I bought from those same guys, but I haven't used it yet. Maybe in the spring to deal with the pondweed before it gets started. In the meantime I bought a BeachGroomer (http://www.beachgroomer.com/) and boy does that thing work great, and very simple to use. Plus, the fire hose attachment has a tremendous amount of utility, not to mention entertainment value.

Be careful about the permitting process in your state. Most state DNR departments have VERY little sense of humor about chemical herbicides or other weedkilling devices. I had to get a three year permit ($30) for the beach groomer. Word is that chemical application permits around here are REALLY tough.

If you get caught dumping that in the colorado river or even using a sickle or anything to remove river weeds it will cost you almost everything you own in fines. They don't want you removing any natural vegitation, even if it's over grown. I am guilty of removing it around the slips though (with a sickle) so nothing gets sucked up.

tested it. it works but switched over the new lake muck digester pellets - eats muck it right up

the dosage is less and the concentration is higher - I bought a 1 pound sample - saw the results (wow) and just purchased a 25 pound bucket! I will post my results in about 2 weeks bought it here: http://www.LakeWeeds.MN

they also have the Weed Roller (http://www.WeedRoller.MN) which I also own
