Ok, so, I thought I knew what I was doing but I'm confused about posting photos. TMC has this "attach" thingy which seems to let me upload photos, but they always appear as a link, not the photo itself. Is using "photobucket" (or equivalent) the only way to get the photo itself to actually appear in the message?

Thanks. Sorry to be a newbie. I know there's some info on this and I've searched around but can't find an answer to this specific question.

If you only do one as an attachment (minimum 650 pxls per side res), it will show up. If you do more than one, it will link. With photobucket and the like, you can do up to four pictures and they'll all show up.

You can use any picture hosting website...I've tried Fotopic and Photo Bucket, but now use Imagestation...

I use photobucket and copy and paste the http link down so the pic always shows up in the message.

You can use any picture hosting website...I've tried Fotopic and Photo Bucket, but now use Imagestation...It doesn't have to be an image hosting website...any server space with a URL will do it whether you get it from your ISP or buy it from someplace like iPowerWeb, GoDaddy, etc. Most ISP's give their customers somewhere between 10 and 100 megabytes of server space as part of their internet package. This is usually used for personal web sites, but anything, including images, can be hosted there and referenced for linking to image display here on Team Talk, or any other such discussion forum.
