What is the best stuff to use to get marks off of gelcoat ?
I will probably take my boat to my dealer at the end of the season, but in the interim what is the best way to do this ?

If its just scuffs from boards or small surface scratches, just use 3M finesse-it 2 and a good wax such as mcguiar's.

If you give it a couple applications of the finesse-it, and a good wax, you won't even be able to see where the scratch was.

If you can't get them out with just the rubbing compound, then WET-sand with 2000 grit, then rub out with 3M finesse-it 2, then wax it.
