That boat is to personalized he is going to hurt his value. That engine looks clean but I don't like all those hose covers and crap. What is up with the foam and tools in the engine box. I do like the trailer and he has a Johnson Bimini top.

And where did he get the valve covers done???

What are the chances that those tools are going to stay put in choppy water. I can see it now... the screwdriver slipping loose and hitting the spinning shaft coupler directly below! :eek:

I always wondered what a "pimp my ride" Mastercraft would look like. I'm with SteveO - it's been pimped.
I do like the idea of the tools velcro'd out of the way. I may have to mount my Rubbermaid container of tools somewhere now instead of letting it slide around under the bow.

I don’t like the mural but I agree that the tool organization is cool. I wonder about the ‘attention to details’ when the fuel gage doesn’t work???

Even with the mods and attention to detail...15 grand for an 89 seems really steep. Escspecialy after you repaint over the Yoko Ono mural on the bow.

T Scott: $15,000 does seem steep but if the boat is like new then it is MUCH cheaper than a new one!

The picture on the bow is a Negal. My buddy had one in our fratnerity room in college. OK - I'm dating myself - that was in the mid to late '80s.
I think Don Johnson must have owned that thing at one time. Very Miami Vice'ish.

It makes me sad to see a boat exactly like mine in such great shape! I wouldn't say I want it though because my motor is much bigger than that!
