I need to get a set of wing angle gauges and am looking for advice on who has the best pricing? So far, I've found them on the Goode site and Schnitz site for $50 and on H2Osmosis for $35 (6-10 degree)?
Any advice.

Thanks in advance

Just make yourself a couple of simple templates and cut them out of some plastic or a scrap of formica, Super simple to do and cheap

Don't know if this helps, but when I was at Performance Ski (perfski.com) in Orlando buying some gear, I picked up an adjustable wing angle gage set for $10. It's not as nice as the "one piece" angle gages you normally see, but the price was right.

My ski buddy has a set of the Goodes. They are nice.

I'd go with the H2Omosis for $15 less... You can easily follow BrianM's advice and just download the template from http://www.goode.com/wstfinadj.htm#download
if you want to go cheaper. My guess is that the potential loss in accuracy is not a big issue, but it will at least get you setup temporarily while you're waiting for gauges. If you print it on thick paper they will last longer.

You can print a template from Goode's site to make them as Brian suggests.

if you honestly compare the 7deg to 8deg when held up to the fin, tough to tell the difference....i would say cutting the paper gauges there is such a variation there...

just spend the $35 and get them from Osmosis...or scan the web and find someone with a Fisher like I did, that had an extra pair kicking around...every Fisher sends a new set with each ski...
