Oh boy....

The site was locked by the hosting company due to excessive cpu usage. I didn't get notice of this until Saturday afternoon so it was down for a while. I spent my weekend trying to contact the hosting company to work things out. I'm not sure what caused this but I took the time while this was being worked out to update the entire site (forum and photo software). I have not had the time to surf through everything to make sure it works but everything should be fine. If you find something not working correctly please let me know. Sorry for the down time and I appreciate everyone's patience.

TTAdmin,

thank you for the hard work.
I figured someone was working on it...some of us were still able to communicate through e-mail addresses I'd found in the archived board.

Thanks for maintaining the site. I'm in the painful process of buying a used towboat and Team Talk is a valuable resource. I do have a question. There was a post (I think by NSXBill) describing the Prostar 205 hull changes by year. I had it bookmarked and referred to it often but I haven't been able to find it since the recent "cpu" event. Any idea where I can find it?

Thanks again - Gene

Gene;

Have you tried the search or even the advanced seach since you know key word and the sender?

Gene, there's a copy of the 205 by year thread here.

Thanks for the update. It was sort of ironic that the site had gone down shortly after captkidd's "smut warnings" thread had become so poplular. I thought for a minute there that the FCC had stepped in. Kind of reminded me of Stern last year on April 1st...

East Tx

Thanks for the link, that's what I was looking for. I did use the search feature on Team Talk and it looks like some of the older posts (like the 205 hull changes by year) don't show up anymore.

Glad to help. I hadn't looked for it in the archives for a while, but I recalled seeing it on the MyMC site a while back.
