I can honestly say we had fun with our first boat experience (and I managed to keep it in the same excellent shape I bought it in), but the wife could take it or leave it and our son (6 yrs. old) seems to like it more as a means to get out to the middle of the lake to swim. With that being said I can not justify keeping it in the garage and don't want to make payments if it's not going to be used the way I thought it would.

So...what's the best way to sell a hard-core ski boat? Should I use Boat Trader dot Com, talk to my local Mastercraft dealer, eBay, etc, etc? I looked here first, but none of the forums seemed to focus on selling.

Anyway, thanks for all the help you guys have been and maybe we'll be back when Bryce gets a little older and realizes what an awesome boat he had to go swimming with!

First, put it in the TT Marketplace! Upper righthand corner of TT in the red box!

bring it to local tourneys, particularly INT Tourneys in your area, check them out at http://www.intleague.com and offer to have the boat used in during the tourney...

just that exposure along with guarantee some interested parties...especially when the see the quality of the boat and how it is built when looked next to the MB or CC...not to mention how well it skis behind, boards and drives!!!

I have #55 with the LQ-9, and I wouldn't take anything for it. Looked for 3 years for a barefoot boat. this boat will be better marketed at the tournements. 51 hours come on man mine has 214, it had just over 150 when i got it in april. Get some buds and SKI. Keep the boat is what i would do. Your son will thank you later.
