on cnn, was watching the coast guard going through a submersible from 1776

does not appear to be terrorist related:rolleyes:
3 people in custody

they found a submersible in the river
3 people are in coast guard custody

they are checking them out, but they don't appear to be terrorist

the submersible is believed to be areplica of a 1776 vessel known as a "turtle"

Considering the fact that concepts surrounding airfoil (or hydrofoil in this case) design did not begin until the 1800s, those handcrank lateral and vertical propulsion devices were advanced.

I don't think they are CNC'd, that could provide an upgrade for better hole shot.

Just like the Apollo space rockets, they need the engines to get them off the ground, but as soon as they break the atmosphere, they get rid of them. :rolleyes: I guess thats what happend to us.
