I just wonder why Mastercraft won't help?

it's restoring their product!

I believe pes is digitized image and is complex. I don't believe there is a converter. If there is let me know, too.....my mom owns an embroidery machine....

IIRC, MC outsources all the embroidery and sends them the art work, sizes, colors and material and they scan or digitize the artwork into a program they then use to do batches at a time of all the different types MC needs over specific period.

hopefully in the email I sent, maybe they'll connect me with those businesses

My mother-in-law has an embroidery machine and does projects for people. She uses a program called 'Generations' to digitize the artwork and count stitches. Hope this helps.:)

Get Adobe Photoshop...that will do it.

Ask them what other files they can take if that doesn't work, Photoshop can convert to many formats

I may have someone to do it.
I looked at the one logo you posted. You need 4 different ones done?
Are you looking to have them embroidered also, or you just need them converted?

EDIT.... Logo 1 & 3 look the same, and 2 & 4 are the same?

Milk,
I use a program called GIMP. For those who don't know GIMP is a open source program just like Photoshop -- but it's free. It does not cost $500 like Photoshop. I can't say it does everything that Photoshop does but I'm sure it does 95% that Photoshop does.

"GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. It works on many operating systems, in many languages."

I spent a few mins looking at the docs. I could not find if this will convert your files. I can't install it on my machine here at work but I have it installed at home. I can give it a whirl for you. I have practice today and don't expect to be home before 9pm CST.

the MASTERCRAFT logo goes on the rear bench & observer's seat.
the medallion goes on both gunnel pads and driver's seat.

logo and medallion are all the same, just different pics

took the medallion and contrasted it more, here http://www.bhammonster.com/prostar/logo00.jpg

You can download a trial version of Embird, from the description, it sounds like it will work.
Download:
http://www.secretsof.com/content/1870

You need to find out what version of PES they use.

PES version 1, 2, 2.5, 4.0, 5.5 and 6.0 Embird can convert to/from
PES version 3 and 5 Embird can convert to/NOT from

Hope this helps.
