View Full Version : Help...Team Mastercraft contact?

I may be blind, but I can't find a contact number or email address for Team Mastercraft. I joined 5-15-2007 and haven't received my card, magazine or any of that stuff yet. I did get the "promotional items" (towel, cooler, etc.) in just a couple of weeks.
Does anyone have any contact info for them or should I just use the "website" option under "contact us" on the Mastercraft site?

Just wait for your Star magizine.. Everything is in there. You know Doug's picture was in the last one.

I have not received a Star Magazine in two years. I did not get my new card this year either.

I-877-4mc-stuf and talk to Katie, plus send a e-mail explaining your problems to gregory.clower@mastercraft.com (MC Customer Service/Team MasterCraft), he wants to know when there are problems with members getting their stuff.
Always follow up a few days later and get a shipping tracking #.
