Being in the car business, I know just how important reputation is. Would like to be treated exactly how I treat everyone walking in my dealership.
Would like someplace with a decent used inventory since I'm looking for something 99-03 range
Have been recommended some models, Maristar 210 or X-10, had read some things about the X-9 that fits what I was looking for as well.
I live in Milwaukee, WI and am willing to travel(not to CA, NY, FL, etc.. no extremities :) )

I would recommend Midwest Mastercraft in the twin cities. Their website is http://www.waterskis.com/ and you can browse their used section here too. Corey or Dan can help you out if you find something you like and they have a good rep.

I've heard good things about Redline Watersports in Madison. I agree that Midwest MasterCraft on the west side of Minneapolis is top notch (both of the Minnesota dealers are top-notch), but that's quite a hike from M'waukee and I think you'd have to drive right by Summerset Marine and Redline Watersports to get here. Also, Chicago MasterCraft has at least one very aggressive and competent salesman (can't remember his name...;) Erik-something...)
Technically, your dealer is Summerset Marine in Delavan or Nashota. If you don't want to use Summerset, you might consider calling Redline or PM'ing Erkoehler (http://www.tmcowners.com/teamtalk/member.php?u=314) here on TT and chatting about that stuff.

Chicago Mastercraft has a very good reputation, Eric (erkoehler) is on here a lot. I also have experience with Stengl Marine in Minocqua, WI. I've bought 2 boats from them and have been happy both times. Never had any service performed except storage so I can't comment on that aspect.

There's a 209 in the marketplace here (upper RH corner of page for link) that's located in Green Bay I believe.
Other than that, I would give a try to local dealer, Summerset, first - they will be most convenient for you. I bought my boat from prior dealer, and I am very happy with the service at Summerset since they took over MC for the area.
I believe you have a choice of several good dealers, just don't forget the marketplace here and boattraderonline.com etc......

Thanks guys. I did send information to Chicago Mastercraft over their own site. Found one I kinda like over there, but still looking all over the place.

Chicago MAstercraft and Sommerset are both top notch dealers. Sommerset would be your dealer if you were going with a brand new one. Boat dealers are different than car dealers. Although when you are going used that kind of goes out the window. If you go up to sommerset Ask for Brian Huels. Top notch guy who is awesome to deal with.
Also I know E-kholer is on here from Chicago Mastercraft, but Mark or Mike will help you out as well. They have a great staff and a super mechanic.
Can't really go wrong with any of them.
I'll throw in some props for Redline in Madison, WI. They are excellent to work with both before and after the sale. They have a pretty good selection of boats but I'm not sure about older ones. I've had good luck with them in the service department also.

Corey from Midwest Mastercraft has been extremely helpful for me in the past. They also have a decent used inventory.

Chris,
Checkout www.bhmtrilakes.com in Ohio or better yet give them a call. I know they have several 209/X9's in or coming in on trade and I think they fit your price range. Great dealer.

Nice X-9 they have on e-bay right now. Just like TT Member: "ProTour X-9" IIRC

Might be his/hers. I know they have taken several 209/X9's in on trade for 214/X14's, and they all seem to be well cared for, but then again would you expect anything less from an MC owner!!!
