Thanks for the complement.
I've been to a lot of lakes throughout the west coast and eastern Washington have the best. What camp ground do you recommend on Roosevelt? I heading down to Trinity Lake tommorrow for a week of water sports.

I think you'll like Trinity. Lots of open water, not too many boats last summer when I was there. Water is nice and clean, too...

Nice lookin' boat, bowtie...

SkySkiSpokane-No, I was on Banks on the week of the 4th of July.

M-Funf- I agree totally. When do you usually go? Trinity is a hidden Gem. Everyone goes to Shasta, also Trinity is mainly a camp ground lake where as Shasta is a House boat lake. You can alway find good water with all the fingers. The lake is currently way down. Oh well just a longer walk down to the water. I'll post some pics when I get back.

Maybe down, but the lake has very steep banks as I remember, so that's not really an issue...

I was up last summer because I have friends with a house in Lewiston about 15 minutes from the lake.

Hidden gem? No way...it's rough all day and hotter than he11...why would you tell everyone that the secret spot is a hidden jem

Have fun! Wish I was there...

I have property up river from Porcupine Bay. We will be having a party next weekend, if you're home stop by. We have a band and will be roasting a pig. This will be the first year I have done the poker run as we use to have our party on the first weekend of Aug and we switched it because of the poker run. I will let you know.

I have only heard from My wifes family that lives over there about the poker run, but sounds like a good time. Not exactly sure when we will be there but look for a navy and red X14, we spend a lot of time on the lake. Don't see that many skiers. Would love to hook up with other skiing enthusiasts, I think the run start out of the daisy boat launch? Not sure.
