Here's a padded mounting bracket system available at many home improvement centers that works great for hanging certain types of swim decks. It's a Rubbermaid product. The hooks are sold separately from the mounting rail.

The board doesn't even touch the wall!

Pics attached.

I've got 1" between the break-toungue and the garage door and 1/2" between the back wall and the teak so I don't need a teak hanger....barely don't....

Cool hanger though!!!:D

Ya'll know a teak handled brass hammer could come into play here, like how's your teak handled brass hammer hanging!

I bought mine at Home Depot, but I later saw that Jerry's (a local Home Improvement Center), also stocked it. I believe I paid around $20 for everything.

I can't remember what Rubbermaid called that system. They have other hooks etc. that mount on the same rail.

Just joking, but I believe UMP would be better off with Rubbermaids rather than your average hookers!

See the link above for pics etc. Rubbermaid calls it "Fast Track System." I saw it in Today's Fred Meyer Sunday Paper Insert/Ad for 20% off.
