Coming from the automotive industry I always take JD Power with a grain of salt, and my company consistently ranks high in their product quality ratings. As an example, and I know it's an owner survery, but ranking CC boats higher in styling than MC? That is so subjective, I personally don't believe it should be considered. I sure would like to see the entire questionaire to see if they botched it up as bad as they used to in the automotive surveys.

JD Power ratings? Yeah, but when you look at the questions they ask and "when" the questions are asked it is easy to understand that they are not really giving consumers the information we really need. I enjoy "Consumer Reports" ratings but JD...just look at the vehicle ratings :(

Professor,
I see we agree, although I'm not surprised! Do you know where I can get a copy of the survey? I'd like to see the questions.

A sad day when we are just above Moomba. Maybe they need to do a long term owner survey and see how everyone feels after several years of ownership.

The amazing part is that we have three members from VT, FSU and Miami communicating effectively. WOW must be MC speak :D

Looks like they are listed in descending order. If you rank order them by least number of "balls" missing it would be:
1)CC
2)BU
3)MC
4)Tige
5)Supra
6)Moomba

Moomba is a great boat for the money.
Again CC...they haven't come out with a new design in years...why them???
Car people always think they know everything. I know thats how my family thinks. ;)
