Does anybody in the NE ohio area have a prop puller which I could borrow? I need to get my prop off by this weekend and it seems most places are sold out or would take 2-3 weeks to get one. I live in Tallmadge right by akron, ohio. Thank you for your help.

You might be able to get away with using some large C-clamps if you can't get your hands on a prop puller.

Eric @ OJ Props can't "Next Day Air" you one, or Bill Weeks @ Acme Props?

This worked for me - $11 at Lowes, a little heat from a plumbing torch and some light tapping. I would recommend pulling off the plastic clamp covers - they will burn.

Buy the O.J. puller, I spent a week messing around with different types of puller till I got the O.J. Worked like a charm!

I just use a two arm gear puller you can get at any auto parts store. Work just fine, although the Lowes C-Clamp looks pretty good too.
