Anyone know what the weight limit on the engine box might be?

Thanks in advance

In an older boat it may differ depending on the condition of the boat. On new boats I have had 3 girls up on the engine box of a direct drive and 6-8 on v-drives. No damage done, but those are new boats.

How big are the "chicks"? The one dude I am worried about is around 350 and only 5'10"? Just a guess , but I don't want him to fall through:o

Well if you add like 3-4 of them together..........thats a big dude. I would be very careful.

How is the box made? any Idea. is it all Fiberglass? I have noticed the cupholders seem to be sagging:confused:
We often have sacs on both sides which is why we need to use the motor box.

thanks for all the responces. My biggest concern is PSi. This is off topic but any idea if an extended pylon can handle such a big dude? He wants to try to wakeboard, but i fear the pull, litereally? Whats the largest person you ever pulled up with an extended pylon?
Erik, any photos of the females on the motor box,....just want to compare;)

I am 295 and ski from the pylon, and have a monster tower and wakeboard from it all the time. No problems.......
Mine handles 245lbs quite often. 300 and I'd get a little nervous but I'm guessing they could take 400 as long as they aren't jumping up and down. This is on a 93 and should have the same glass layup as your 91.
