So I went to turn the key in the 2007 X2 to program the radio, and nothing happened no gauges no ppass, nothing. All switches work everythign works but anything wired to the key..........

Checked fuses, (that i could find), safety teather, what am i missing?

There are so many extra dam wires that go nowhere on these newer boats for options............

Check the saftey lanyard.

On another note you might want to check the wires to the saftey lanyard or take it off and put it back in, try pushing it in. I had something on the back of mine loose when I went to start mine for the first time this year. Stuck my hand up there moved some wires and it fired right up.

Sounds like the safety lanyard switch/button.

If the volt-meter works, but nothing else does, that's what it is.

Take the plastic lanyard off and push the button all the way in by hand, then turn the key and see if everything else works.

I was gonna say kick the subwoofer, cause thats what we have to do when we lose data, speed, tach, etc. the problem is becoming more frequent (sounds like a commercial)

try the on/off switch to the batteries if you have it. I have dual batteries and a switch to either turn them off/single/all.
