I just wanted to post a pic of my new 2007 X2,
400hp LY6, speaker and boat red led kit. Black tower speakers with black billet grills on all speakers. 1 six channel and 1 four channel Jl, 1 Rockford single channel amp at 1200x1 driving 2 W6v2 12's, underwater transom light. wake plate. looks crazy at night.

Sweet looking ride, hope you guys like the LY6......make sure you break it in right :) Sweet power band after PROPER break-in.

Didn't realize you could get an LY6 in these? Anyway, sweet color scheme and I hope you're tiny or let the dealer do your maintenance, the MCX is tight in that boat, I can't imagine trying to work on an LY6 in that engine compartment.

Anything different compare the MCX break in?

Thanks for fixing the pic. I cound not figure out how to get it in that way... The motor actually is not too bad in there. Easy to get to the impeller with the mufflers built into the exhaust tips and the oil filter is remote up high on the starboard side. I wish I was tiny but not so much. I went with board racks on both sidea because they seem to hold everything well, slalom ski, wake board, and surf boards. I like the wider grip. The boat barefoots good too, with the plate down about 3/4.

I noticed the same thing. I too have the ski adapters on one my racks and have found that the boards seem to work better in them than the narrow ones. More stable.

I was looking at that pic and had my head leaned over, Lynn came over to look at it and read your post and spit water in my ear laughing!:rolleyes:
I just figured the engine was so heavy, it turned the picture on end!

Have you ordered your trolling motor for your bass boat???Oh I'm sorry that is an MC!!! :D
