A co-worker sent this to me and said she thought of me when she read this.

I was at the checkout of a K-Mart. The clerk rang up $46.64. I gave
>her a fifty dollar bill. She gave me back $46.64. I gave it back to her and
>told her that she had made a mistake in MY favor and gave her the money
>back. She became indignant and informed me she was educated and knew what
>she was doing, and returned the money again. I gave her the money back
>again...same scenario! I departed the store with the $46.64.

> I walked into a Mickey D's with a buy-one-get-one-free coupon for a
>sandwich. I handed it to the girl and she looked over at a little
>chalkboard that said "buy one-get one free." "They're already
>buy-one-get-one-free", she said, "so I guess they're both free" She handed
>me my free sandwiches and I walked out the door.

> While looking at a house, my brother asked the real estate agent
>which direction was north because, he explained, he didn't want the sun

>When my brother explained that the sun rises in the east, and has for
>sometime, she shook her head and said, "Oh I don't keep up with that
>stuff."

> I used to work in technical support for a 24/7 call center. One day
>I got a call from an individual who asked what hours the call center was
>open. I told him, "The number you dialed is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a
>week." He responded, "Is that Eastern or Pacific time?" Wanting to end the
>call quickly, I said, "Uh, Pacific."

>discounted 10%. Since it was a big party, we bought 2 cases. The cashier

Tex, I used to worship the ground Eddie walked on 20 years ago. To me, he WAS God. but then I expanded my musical horizons. Eddie was great, but I think he really went to hell in the 90's. music suffered, then it just got ugly. Stanly Jordan is ****ing amazing! One listen to his version of Bolero will teach anyone the meaning of the word respect. Can you say Virtuoso? I liked Eric Johnsons stuff a bit, he is an insane guitarist, but I had trouble getting into the tunes. Satriani I could never really get into either. I like the Surfin with the alien CD, but couldnt get into him after that. I always had a difficult time getting into Vai's stuff too. I started listening and studying Lynch in the 80's.

Guitarists, my faves would have to be alot of hte ol 80's shredders. George Lynch, Yngwie Malmsteen, Vinnie Moore, Tony McAlpine, not my favorite bands, but my favorite guitarists.

Steve Morse - Deep Purple, this guy is AMAZING! Check out the live DVD called Total Abandon from their 1999 tour. Unbelieveable guitar playing. Also, if your into live DVDs, check out "Evil or Divine" by Dio, Doug Aldrich's guitar playin on that is awesome!

Staristar, if I catch any **** from you about me jackin this thread about guitarists, your never gonna see your nice brass hammer again! BTW, you wanna talk about chords and scales? its not a G chord you R tard, its a G string that you gotta know! and as far as scales, I wouldnt get on one if I were you.:D

HOw many drummers does it take to change a light bulb?

7. one to change the bulb, and 6 of them to discuss how Niel Peart could have done it better. 8p

And Eddie never played drums you numbskull! he played guitar!!!! and he was by far the most talented member of VH. The man changed the guitar world in so many ways, changed music in general. His influence on popular music was massive.

I know what Eddie played. You don't get my humor sometimes. What elevation you at up there? You been sitting in the Dental chair again?
How on earth could you ever let Valerie slip through your fingers I'll never know.

Besides everyone know the greatest moment in musical history was when David Lee Roth popped the balloon in "Jump" Mr. KIA 8p

Eddie actually started out playing drums but when he was out working to pay for them, Alex stayed at home and got very good on them. This pissed off Eddie who decided he had to find another instrument. He picked up the ax and the rest is Rock and Roll history!

TRU DAT! their father was a professional musician, he was a clarinet player. In fact, he played on the "Diver Down" CD, "Big Bad Bill is sweet william now. "
