Anyone have this? Happy w/ it? Thinking of switching from OTA HD and getting the HD Tivo service. Thanks for any feedback!

I have it, both the HD TiVo and the DIRECTV HD DVR (HR 20). Very happy with it. The HR 20 is faster (menus, searching, guide, etc.), but the interface isn't as slick as the TiVo.

My new dish and hd box almost never go out due to rain anymore. The old samsung box and old 3 lnb dish would drop out when it got humid. :D :D

My aunt lives in Houston and we were down there, it started to kinda mist, and it went out, a few days later there was a HUGE DARK STORM and it was on half way through

Thanks for the input. I've had directTV std. def for years, and it rarely, if ever goes out. Now w/ Tivo who cares if it goes out, you'll be sitting on 50 hours of programming:)

co-worker who claims to be Detroit's first DT home customer, gave up on HD about a year ago.
