I'm watching Everyone Stares:Police Inside Out
It's a Super 8 film shot by the Police Drummer Stewert Copeland. If you like the Police-It's pretty cool. What are some of your favorites? I really like Rattle and Hum. U2 doing Helter Skelter is great! I also love Where the streets have no name!

that U2 remake of Helter Skelter is awesome!

I'm not much into music movies (the serious ones), but I love Spinal Tap!

I don't know if it's strictly in the genre you mean, but I love "Heavy Metal".

Like to see that police dvd sounds good. One of the best I have seen for video and audio is the Rush R30 dvd. Thats one amazing drummer.

I'll put in my vote for Talking Heads Stop Making Sense (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_Making_Sense) directed by Jonathan Demme as the greatest concert film ever made.

And she was drifting through the backyard
And she was taking off her dress
And she was moving very slowly
Rising up above the earth
Moving into the universe
Drifting this way and that
Not touching ground at all
Up above the yard

Eastie,

The Smithereens are coming here in late July. I will be having a party and a group of 30-40 old dudes tearing it up close by that night. I have an extra spot if you want it! Should be a bunch of lawyers in the group!

Got to see David Byrne perform at "Red Jacket" on lower Greenville a few years back. We were about 6 feet from the stage and about 350 people were packed into that little club. Truly amazing and his voice hasn't lost a step.

Check out that movie if you get a chance. TH were unbelievable live.

Thanks for the offer, but we've practically been on tour this summer (out of town every weekend from late April until next weekend. We're are going to try to stick close to home for July. Thanks again.
