I've read a bunch of threads here in TT about Dale Hollow and most of them seem to center around renting houseboats. We've rented houseboats on both Cumberland and Norris and have also rented condo's on Norris which is extreamly convienient if you have a smaller group such as your family only. We have never been to Dale Hollow would like to go this year but may not want to rent a houseboat.

Does anyone have any recommendations for nice lakeside accomodations on Dale Hollow such as smaller chalets or condos? Cabins and such are fine but we're really looking for something more upscale. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! :D

most everything on the lower end of dale hollow is going to be cabins. Sorry. Most people go for the lake. You might find what you are looking for on the upper end.

Try Eagle Cove. We've been going there for years and the people are great and the cabins are very nice. They have several styles to choose from. Hope that helps...have fun!:)

Thanks to both of you for your insight and suggestions. I have been checking out Eagle Cove's web site, and it looks good, so it was great to hear something positive from someone else.
