Hi guys,

I'm not sure what size he would need, but a neighbor is looking for a decent slalom ski used in good condition.

Are the slalom bindings still adjustable or do you have to get an exact fit for your shoe size?

I believe the length is based on weight correct?

length is based on weight and speed and type of ski.

ie. on a Goode one might run a 65.5 at 36 mph, on an going 26 mph that goode would practically sink. and in an obrien going slow you might now be in a 67

so its important to size the ski in question so it fits.

Some slalom bindings are adjustable, good quality ones are fit specific.

So really you need to figure out their needs and sizes and then look.

skis aren't boy-girl specific.

Being a mapple its the Andy Mapple pro model from the year. but anyone could ride the thing.

The only "girl" specific skis tend to be thinks with girlie graphics offered in lighter lay ups.
