I want to mount a bimini top to my 1992 prostar 190. Does anyone have pictures of how they mounted theirs? I'm thinking I want to mount it to the windshield.

1996 PS 190, but still gives you an idea...

Thanks, Is that Bimini 5' long? I was thinking of getting a 5 footer and then go about 65" high (from the floor). Thoughts?

Bimini was 6' long and 5.5' off the floor of the boat. I think A 5' bimini would be fine. I know that BrianM's bimini is a shorter bimini and lower bimini, for your reference. Here is a pic of his... http://www.tmcowners.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=2593&cat=500&ppuser=50&sl=b

i mounted my westland bimini on my 93 prostar with stainless steel angle mount brackets I picked up from a local cover shop. they are designed to create a vertical slot on almost any angled surface. they are stronger than the plastic angle mounts you can get from overtons. I mounted them outside of the windshield about 2 inches up from the rub rail. i recall my mount was about 18 inches forward of the back edge of the windshield metal. unfortunately i do not have any pics. just center the mount over your desired shade area, ie. the seating area.

Here's how I had my OEM top mounted on my 93 205.

Has anybody bought one of the Westland Sharkskin Bimini tops for 91-94 PS190 from iBoats? I'm curious if the size is right (67-72) and if this assumes mounting it to windshield frame. Any more pictures of one would be great.

I went to the windshield. WATCH OUT FOR GLASS! If you mount to the frame know where the glass is!;)

I mounted mine on the boat. That glass is too hard to find and too expensive to make right. Fiberglass is easy to repair compared to replacing glass windshield in an old boat.
