Our 10 year anniversary is in September and I'm thinking about doing a bareboat charter around Chesapeake Bay. Anybody have any experience, comments, suggestions on sights, ports, food, etc?

We have run our Formula around the Ches. bay many times, great place for cruising.

Some places you should check out--

Annapolis (great restaurants,shopping, etc.)
Baltimore Inner Harbor (again, restaurants, shopping, IMAX theater, aquarium, etc.)

On the quieter side (eastern shore)--

St. Michaels
Chestertown (up the chester river)
Kent Narrows (great party spot on the weekends, Red Eyes Dock Bar)
Great Oak marina (home of Jellyfish Joels tiki bar)

Other places at the northern end of the bay:
--Nauti goose (Northeast, MD)
--Chesapeake Inn (Chesapeake city, MD)
--Sassafras river is a great place to drop anchor for the night.

There, that should keep you busy!
