I wanted granite, but we compromised on Cambria (Quartz)......Rod, does some granite have like 50-65% Quartz? And the flippin' countertop guys are holding me up, they drilled the hole for my faucet too close to the sink. I can't get the nut on to mount my faucet. (Boy that sounds strange?) They're coming tomorrow to drill the hole wider or possible replace the countertop. How pissed should I be?

cambria is good too, we sell that too. is the nut hitting the sink?? if they drill it out bigger hopefully the flange will cover up the larger hole.
unfortunatly these things happen. its how its handled afterwards is what counts. worse case scenerio if the flange/discussion doesnt cover it they could fill it . howver that should be up to you and if you dont like it they should replace it.

Yes, the nut is hitting the sink. Really there isn't any room for the nut....I called on Saturday and they called me back this morning, set up a time for the installation manager to come out tomorrow afternoon. I'm pleased with that....Hopefully the good service will continue. If my measurements are correct a bigger hole will be fine and the flange will cover it up........Thanks Rod.....
