I see 03 35th is online. How many of the 35th anniversary edition owners are TTers? I've heard there were only 35 made. Is that really true?? I've seen 2. One back in 03 at a dealer in Fenton MI. Other one was on Table Rock Lake last year. Table Rock Lake 35th, are you a member?

I believe one of the guys at the factory has one. Then Rick Porter at Tampa has one, And sheperd has the other one I know about.

To answer your question. Yes, there are only 35 anniversary boats 1 - 30 are all 197s 31 - 35 are 190s I do believe. I have only seen one other 35th other than mine.

I believe the guy at Table Rock either lives near or vacations there often? The people at the dry storage seemed to have seen him quite a bit. I think i might have seen him getting out of a newer Vette. I heard he was checking out my sweet 84 S&S though. Probably jealous of me!!

No, that wasn't the one I bought. Mine came from the Nashville area. But the one you are talking about is owned by a guy named Joe I do believe. He used to own the dealership in Little Rock. I will have to give afriend of mine a call to be sure.

Well, Shep still has his. I can't figure out what exactly became of Johnny's....

I've said it before but it's worth repeating. The 35th is the nicest looking prostar IMO. (Other than a certain black and silverflake 197 that's now somewhere in Virginia)

Cool thread. If I had a 35th, I'd like to know where the others are.

I agree, but with the qualification that the 190 35th is just a little bit better looking than the 197.

There is one in Sydney Aust. I know the guy who owns it through my ski club, but I have never laid eyes on it. I am of the assumption that it is a 190,(very rare) especially in Australia. He was formerly a MasterCraft dealer in Sydney.

Agreed. I'd trade my 197 for a 190 (but the bow rider is nice for solo docking/ramping, which I do often). I remember there was a 190 35th for sale in Michigan shortly after I bought my 197 in 2007. Nice looking boat.

I know our dealership sold three of them. Two were 197s and the other was a 190. The 190 and one of the 197s had mini towers, the other 197 had no tower. The 190 and one of the 197s are still owned by the original owners, and Im not sure what happened to the third. Last I saw it was for sale.

I think it was an 03 TT. (Was that the year they offered 2 different color TT's?)

And I also think it was one of only 2 that had factory tuned SC's. Like the one 6Balls used to have.

Back when I bought mine, I talked to Harold. I don't remember what he said, but he either had some input into the design, or he just had a sneak preview at the factory. He didn't claim that he designed it.

Shows like one is in Aussie land, one in the cold north (Green Bay area),
that leaves 3? Just curious, I'm ready to go back to a closed bow again. In just 2 years the 45th will be coming out. I wonder if they will even make a 190 version. I wonder how the black with the newer "chrome" lettering and stars would look instead of white?

The LQ9 came before the LY6, but IIRC they are both 6.0 liter. 385 hp vs 400 hp.
Great setup for barefooting and jumping.
I don't think it would eat that much fuel in a prostar.....now in an X-star that's another story.

I passed up a $33K or $33,5 (I think) here in GA to go get it and saved about $1K. Plus drove 2,200 miles round trip. Of course I had to put over $1,000 into it, once I got it home It needed a new computer. With only 30, 197s and 5, 190s that's not even 1 per state. I had tried to sell an X7 first, but no one was interested. So I went ahead and bought it while it was available. Then I ended up taking the X7 to a Dealer and sold it on consignment. Thanks Mike!
A wise man told me its a good deal, if you paid what you were willing to give and still feel like its a fair deal and you're happy!
BTW, depending on what it needs after 10 years, there are a few stars and decals available on ebay, NOT at the dealer or MC anymore (discontinued).
GOOD luck to whom ever gets it and joins this unique group! It should come with a 35 Ann. cover, and prop bag (I think).

Looks great but seems a little steep on the price, no?

Seems llike it is around the going price that keeps popping up for them.

I just came across this thread and thought that Willski might like an answer to his 5 year old question. I just purchased the Table Rock boat this past weekend. Sight unseen (except for some pictures), I sent a deposit check and then drove my pickup 19 hours from Syracuse,NY to Shell Knob, MO. The boat was, indeed, "perfect"-just as the owner had advertised. It only had 171 hours on it. The ride back to Syracuse was just as long, but a lot more enjoyable knowing that I had just purchased a beautiful boat. It's now located on Otisco Lake, the smallest of the Finger Lakes, just outside of Syracuse. And no, I'm not a TTer, but I do have an 07 Vette.

This must have been the one I found the other day on OnlyInboards?

What # do you have?

That is the one. Not sure about the number, and never thought to ask. May be in the folder the owner supplied, or somewhere on the boat. If I find it, I'll let you know.

It will be a little tag next to the throttle that looks like this.

I tried to look at the ad, but it had already been closed. So I didn't get to see any info. or photos of the boat. Assume it's a 197, tower or mini tower?

BTW anyone know what happened to the 190 up north that was suppose to come up for sale?

My rear storage area seats are starting to show cracks along the seams, plus a letter started coming off on Sat., and the carpet its showing it's age, I think it has 394+/- hours.

The little cracks along the seams started appearing on mine last year. :(

Some of the "imperfections" I mentioned in my previous post...

I just saw the one at table rock lake again. I'm assuming it is the same one as it is in the same area...emerald pointe. This time it was on a lift, and not in dry storage. Covered all week until the last day we were there, so I assume the owner was there for the weekend. Anybody claim it?
