Hey guys on my 93 prostar I just got a bimini top. It's the 5 ft length. I was wondering where any of you that have this same style boat put your mounts and what kind of mounts you used. I was wanting to mount it right behind the side of the windshield where it ends, but that is not going to be centered. Any ideas?

On my 197, mounted it to the windshield frame...just make sure you're not attempting to drill through glass, it's an expensive lesson

On the old tristar I mounted to the gelcoat outside of the windwhield.

bimini folds forward in front of the windshield and rests there nicely.

Check my gallery. I perfer to have the bimini lay down just in front of the windshield - the rest usually fits just right as far as shade coverage. I used the variable angle mounts from Overtons.
