So we're out for the first time yesterday and of course my wife drives over the only stick/log floating on Ray Hubbard, the prop doesn't look like it has any damage but there's vibration at around 2100 RPM, I want to take it in and get checked out. Anyone recommend a good shop in the DFW area? Or should I mail it off?

Will they work on CNC'd props? FWIW, my experience with mailing them off has been good. Had it back in just over a week.

In the previous case, OJ because it was an OJ prop. Not sure if Acme's turnaround would be as good, but it might be worth calling them about (since I remember you have an acme). I paid $85 plus shipping for a four blade (hand finished).

I think it took two days not including the shipping time.

Farmer In the Dallas area there is James propeller and McGills propeller & Welding 972-436-7498 Both do good work but the finish on a cnc doesn't look the same

I will second B&B. I have used them a few times. I have also heard great things about James Propeller.

Nice post, I need to have my Nibral re-worked and was wondering where to take it in Fort Worth.
