Are you guys in the rest of the country getting any of this coverage?

( as I sit on the floor of my CA home office with nothing but a router and a power cord to sit with )

I don't think I've ever seen an amphibious assault with fire engines & trucks.

Haven't seen anything more than the article in the USA today.
Interesting, it also mentioned that they are going to try to do something about getting less people to move there for this reason.....

Hey, what body of water is that in your Avatar? Any chance you added that tower in the past few months. I've seen a guy with a boat just like your sans the tower a few times around Long Beach.

yeah, that's marine stadium in LB.. I bought it 2 years ago from a few local guys that hang out there as well so it's been around! Tower went on last summer. Don't know if I'll be down there this weekend or not but that's the usual spot, besides lake trips!

I haven't seen it on the water with the tower, and probably won't get to now. I have seen it with the engine cover open a few times though ;) every time I thought I'd see if this other MC owner needed help you guys either got it figured out or moved by the time we were done with a set. Is your boat running better, or is there another '86 MC out there?

I think I've only had to open it up once in or around LB since I've had it. Had some really old power/ground wires that I cleaned up and also added a second battery for radio, amp, etc and it's been good to go since.. knock on wood..:D

Those hovercrafts are amazing. They can hold 60 tons and go 46 mph.
