DO WE HAVE TO SPEAK ENGLISH?

A U.S. Navy Admiral was attending a Naval conference that included Admirals from the U.S., English, Canadian, Australian and French Navies. At a cocktail reception, he found himself standing with a Group of half dozen or so officers that included personnel from most of the countries.

Everyone was chatting away in English as they sipped their drinks but a French admiral suddenly complained that, whereas Europeans learn many languages, Americans learn only English. He then asked: "Why is it that we always have to speak English in these conferences rather than speaking French?"

Without hesitating, the American Admiral replied: "Maybe it's because the Brits, Canadians, Aussies and Americans arranged it so you wouldn't have to speak German." Suddenly the group became very quiet.

You know why all the streets in Paris are lines with trees?

Cause Germans like to march in the shade.

This is very good...there also was a very poiniant quote General George Patton stated in his memoirs...

Quote "I would ralther have to face an entire division of Germans on my front than to have an entire division of the French behind me".....:D

I am sensitive to Napalm. I am sensitive to children.

What I do not tolerate is liberals believing they are smarter and more qualified to decide what is right for our nation than our elected leaders. Protesters holding a sign, about a matter they only know what they have heard by watching CNN, and proclaiming it as gospel sicken me to vomit.

The audacity for anyone to be bold enough to strike out and defame our leaders is not only poor judgement, it shows a sign of seperation within the people and ultimately costs lives in the war we face because they are aware there are a number of those who are essentially on the side of those who believe there should be no war.

UNITED WE STAND should be followed by if you don't like it then get the **** out.....

FYI

Use of Napalm is completely legal, according to the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC)

It's an effective management tool......
