Hands down, Jim@BAWS. He has done a lot for me and MANY others. If it's boat related or accessary related he has the answers and/or the product.

That is news to me. I filled out their on-line parts request form early last week and still have not heard back from them.

He doesn't check his PMs here so maybe he does not check his online parts requests.

I was going to place an order for 2 yellow impellers but the shipping was $22 at mymastercraft.com Seemed steep for parts that were only 40 something for the two.

Jim is very easy to deal with. I hardly know a thing about these boats and he was very patient with my stupid questions about changing a prop. Also, he had my new one to me in less than a week. Rambo Marine is great too.

I work for Huston MasterCraft in Lake Wales Florida. We are the MasterCraft dealer for most of the state of Florida and ship parts all over the World. Phone: 863-676-0595

Shameless plug but I tend to think www.waterskis.com is the best source for parts! If you don't see it online email kevin@waterskis.com and we'll get it for you. We ship worldwide and have parts for MasterCraft, Indmar, Ilmor, PCM, Clarion, JL Audio, Fusion, Roswell, Supra, Moomba and more.

Awkward!

Not in the least. How often do you see comments or a thread started by someone looking for a good OE parts source. And not all MC dealers are the same.

Not awkward at all when you can back it up! i.e. After searching the net yesterday for hard to find parts for a X-2, spoke with Kevin and he found everything! Amazing to say the least. They seem to just get it!

Glad to hear Kevin was able to take care of you! Like I said, if you don't see it we'll find it!

Corey, will you guys ship USPS to Canada? I bought my Strada from you guys last year and had to have it received in the US and brought up with a buddy. Thanks

Ironhorse,

We are working on setting up USPS as an option, right now it is only available in the US but when we implemented that we spoke about Cananda coming up. We're keeping our fingers crossed that everything goes well and we can expand this option to you.

Stopping in the store is even more amazing Bryan. These guys live and breathe Mastercraft.
