Ok the engine is still overheating I have a 160 deg stat and its working I checked t. Also checked impeller, it is working too. What would keep the engine up at 170 - 200 degrees using a NAPA T-stat, should I be using a marine 140 or 160, anyother ideas? The temps are running up and down from 180 - 200 mostly.

Thanks

Kirk

Make sure it is a marine T-stat. They have three holes in them to allow some blow by. You can order one from SKIDIM.COM
