i`ve got a 2002 X5 that i`m having trouble with the trim, there are pink patches appearing all over the place, has anybody else had this problem,does anybody know what causes it,does anybody know what to do to get rid of them,i`ve tried lots of different cleaners but none of them seem to work,or is it a fault with the trim.

From your post it sounds like you mean the vinyl seat covers aka the skins? If so, what kind of suntan lotion do you use. Anybody onboard using a bronzer?

Talk with your dealer. There was a time when skins were getting replaced by MC but they had to be produced in a certain date range. If nothing else I would push the dealer for trying to get you some help from MC.
