Does the new site have a section yet for Classifieds or Show off your Mastercraft? If not, will it eventually be included??

Randy,

I think the classifieds are on the way and you can use your ďuser galler" as a show off

I know, but I miss it dude. I got so used to going out early at least one day a week without the family. Now I have Nooooo time away. Kids are great and all, but daddy Sweetwater misses the one time a week break.

I donít know how realistic March is but Iíll bet the boat comes home early spring. Iím thinking as soon as I can stick my toe in the water and it doesnít turn blue..

I'll tell you what the water is 50's here in March and that's chilly but bearable in a wetsuit. Up there, that's nuts!

Sounds like you need to become a snow-ski instructor! It's different if you say "Honey, I'd love to go to the mall with you & the kids, but I HAVE to go ski - I mean work...."

Been snow ski teaching part time for 14 going on 15 years now. Don't know that I'll ever stop.

Jimmer,

Or I could go get my boat and grow some stones. Man, the Ohio river is empty this time of year, (nooooooooo one out)..

When do you usually put your dock in?

our average water temp for January 1st the past 6 years is 51.3
average air temp 59.5.

The forcast here in College Station for 01/01/05 is high of 71.

No dry suit for me this year. :) :friday:

I'm not because my lake level is dropped in the winter. It is fed from mountain streams and srping rains. It is the top lake in a series that are part of the Georgia Power electrical generating system. We don't want to flood our neighbors downstream in the spring. So alas my boat rests on it's lift with mud underneath, until 2/1. Should be going again by 4/1.

Atlfootr is still skiing, he goes to Lake Lanier and it is not prone to winter draw downs. 'Fraid it's a little brisk for me though.
