I used to work a schedule very similar. When I was running a printing press we switched to three 12 hour days. My hours were M-W 6am to 6pm. Since they took away 4 hours we all got raises so we received the same amount on our chescks as a 40 hour week. I will say, though, that having a 4 day weekend every week was extremely expensive!!

I worked something similar to this with full pay, except is was on the weekend I worked 9-9 on Friday, 9-8 on Saturday and 9-9 on Monday. I was off Sunday and Tues-Thurs. If was OK but not ideal. Give me 9-9 Mon thru Wed and I would sign up today.

HOw bout the 4 day work week, and 3 day weekend? that would rule! Its pretty practical too. Lets face it, a 2 day workweek will never happen. its not practical. but a 4 day week is.
