I'm looking for a new prop and not sure what size I need. My boat did not a owners manual. I have a 2003 19 Skier, and the prop I have on now is alittle beat up and would like a spare one. Any ideas where I can find the correct size and what the best prop on the market for the price? Any help will be greatly appreciated

Pendo,

For what ever reason my boat is not in that manual! Dont know why, I dont get in one bit. I remember Mastercraft telling me that they made only 60 more boats in 2003 because of the demand but would my boat fall under a 2002 model? My motor is a 310 predator if that helps

try this link, looks like they call for a 13X13 OJ as the stock prop, but you have a few different options.

It looks like the current OJ prop would be model 406 (but I could be wrong):

The 4-blade XMP replacement would be 12.5 X 12 LC 1" part# 402, the XMP 3-blade replacement would be 13 X 11.5 LC 1" part# 312. We also still offer the 13 X 13 LC 1" LEGEND 3-blade and the 13 X 13 LC 1" FORCE 4-blade.

The first thing you need to do is confirm what transmission you have. It would also be helpful to confirm what prop you have, and your current RPM and speed at full throttle. I'm betting you've got the 1:1 transmission, so I'll be the first one to recommend the ACME 541 (13x12 3-blade CNC-machined). Do a search for ACME 541, and you'll find a LOT of info.

I went with a slightly higher pitch, the ACME 475 (13x12.625) for my boat to replace the old 13x14 OJ Legend. My boat is a 2001 PS 209 with the 310HP Predator and 1:1 transmission. With that motor, you want to be 4500-4800 RPM at full throttle. I'm pulling around 4550, so its got a little left in it. I'm sure others will chime in and give you some good info on the 541.
