There are some spots on the vinyl that I just cant get off from the previous owner. There are also some threads with mildew that I can not get off. Any one have a reccomended cleaner for that?

Going to pick up some 303 now, they actually sell it at the local wakeboarding shop.

magic eraser, water and babe's has covered everything for me so far although I did pick up some 303 to compare to babe's. Haven't used it yet

I have had great results with Fantastik. It was on the approved list of cleaners but have heard rumors that it is no longer. I think it is fine for spot cleaning. Just rinse and follow up with a good preotectant like 303.

For cleaning, you can't beat the magic eraser. I had some serious funk on my vinyl after having to store my boat outside for a couple months this fall (I'm not used to that, nor am setup with proper poles, etc). Ended up with mold everywhere. Not good. The Magic eraser took care of everything, including the years of sunblock/dirt which had been building up on areas like the driver's armwrest.

If magic eraser doesn't work, watered down Soft Scrub with a tooth brush on the certain area. Have a very wet rag ready after scrubbing and don't let it get on the threads. You may find this funny, but good old Colgate toothpaste works as well, on little stubborn spots.
Lexol Vinylex for your interior, beats the heck out of 303.

Spray Nine from the boat store (West Marine) works for the stubborn stuff very well.

Used the 303 before two days at the lake this past weekend. Both mornings seats were covered with dead stuff. Took a wet towel and it all just wiped off no dead bug stains. I am a believer now, even if I had to take out a second on the house to buy a bottle. :D Also treated the bimini with the 303 fabric stuff, wow the water beads up like little bb's. Good stuff. ;)

Anyone used 3m vinyl cleaner/conditioner. I use it sparingly on a glastron we have. Is there any problem using it on the mastercraft?
